Contribution to IBA Anti-Money Laundering Forum - January 2010
The International Bar Association (IBA) has created an important on-line resource, guiding lawyers and others as to obligations and compliance issues with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulation around the world.
Gary Hughes of Wilson Harle has assisted the IBA in this pro-bono project by contributing a guideline to New Zealand's recent AML legislative changes.
